We are returning for our second cycle of Mindful Mama’s! Our first session went so well-
This virtual experience led by The Centered Life’s Therapist, a fellow Mama,Savannah Ruckereach week to provide a little dose of supportive, community-driven mindfulness with:
-Learning what mindfulness is & how to incorporate it into your life
-Explore new skills and strategies required to truly be “here and now”
-Implement & practice a simplified way to think about the challenges around you while using mindfulness as a tool to redirect thoughts and emotions for positive outcomes
-Be part of this non-judgemental, supportive group setting focusing on learning and practicing mindfulness!
Mama’s from The Centered Life Therapy have been able to learn to be more mindful of their surroundings & be more present when meeting each week at the MIndful Mama’s Virtual Support Group!
