Mara Delrose

Hello everyone! I’m Mara Delrose, and I’m so excited to be joining the amazing team at Centered Life. I’m really looking forward to connecting and supporting you!

I’ve always been passionate about helping people be their true selves and breaking down the stigma around mental health. My goal is to empower my clients to grow and feel comfortable in their own skin. I’m all about creating a space where people feel heard, valued, and ready to explore who they are.

I’m especially interested in working with people who have experienced a difficult time in their life or a major trauma. Supporting LGBTQIA+ folks and those with disabilities gives me the most fulfillment.  I’m here to help these communities feel seen, supported, and to remind them of their strength and resilience.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me baking something sweet, getting lost in a good fiction book, or out on a hike soaking up nature.

Taking that first step is huge, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. You matter, and I’m here to help however I can!
