Sadie Naughton

Clinical Intern

Hi, I’m Sadie! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy can be a place where you feel safe being yourself, make sense of what you’re going through, and learn tools to help you navigate life with more confidence.

I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate the many changes, challenges, and emotions that come with growing up. Sometimes that means helping a child find better ways to express what they’re feeling, supporting a teen who feels overwhelmed or unsure of themselves, or giving a young adult a space to work through the challenges that come with figuring out who they are and where they’re headed.

I also believe that supporting kids and teens means supporting the people around them. I enjoy working collaboratively with parents to better understand what their child may be experiencing and find practical ways to support them at home. My approach balances empathy with structure, creating a space where children and teens can feel heard while also learning skills they can use in everyday life.

Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, your teen is having a hard time navigating school, friendships, or change, or you’re a young adult looking for support as you figure out your next chapter, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel understood, build confidence, and discover your own strengths along the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, cooking or baking, going for a walk, or spending time with family and friends.

Sadie is currently completing her clinical training at The Centered Life. Intern sessions are offered at a discounted rate, making therapy a more accessible option for individuals and families looking for support.
