Hi there, I’m Jesse. It’s an honor to journey alongside you.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers
I am in my second year of training at Wheaton College, studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am so excited to join The Centered Life and work with an incredible team of highly trained clinicians.
I believe that therapeutic change happens best when a trusting relationship is built between client and clinician. I want to get to know you, as you truly are. I operate from a strengths-based, client-focused perspective, and I seek to develop your current strengths to create lasting change.
My demonstrated history of working with youth sets me apart. From summer camp to ministry settings, from coaching to mentorship, I understand how a young person operates. I have worked with youth in individual settings and group settings. Additionally, I am skilled in working with female issues, religious questions, and bicultural challenges.
My Trauma Certification enables me to work with complex traumas that many individuals bring to therapy. Whatever you are carrying, I want to help you slowly let go. I can’t wait to meet you!
