Hello, I’m Dunia, and I’m so glad you’re here! I bring a warm, culturally mindful approach that honors your story and helps you notice the strength and progress already within you.

I believe healing begins with genuine connection. My intention is to offer a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel truly supported, and move toward meaningful growth and empowerment in your life.

As a mother of four young children, I hold a deep passion for supporting mothers in every season—from the tender postpartum days to the ongoing journey of raising a family. I understand firsthand both the beauty and the overwhelm that can come with motherhood, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths, navigate challenges with more ease, and feel grounded as both an individual and a parent.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family, working on DIY home projects with my husband, decorating, crafting, and going on little adventures with my children.

Sliding scale session fees are available as part of our clinician-in-training program to help make care more accessible.
