Beth Schweitzer
Clinical Intern
Hi, I’m Beth—and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m honored to be part of The Centered Life and to walk alongside you as you create more balance, connection, and healing in your life.
As both a therapist-in-training and a mom to a neurodivergent child, I understand firsthand how complex, overwhelming, and deeply meaningful the parenting journey can be. I’m also neurodivergent myself, which gives me both a personal and professional lens for understanding the unique strengths and challenges that come with neurodiversity. Because of this, I’ve pursued special training and hold a deep interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and families. My experience has shaped my perspective—one that blends empathy, creativity, and resilience with a belief that every individual and family has strengths worth celebrating.
In my work, I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I take a collaborative and creative approach to therapy, helping clients integrate health and well-being into daily life in practical, doable ways. Whether you’re a parent navigating the ups and downs of raising kids, a teen working through stress or self-doubt, or a young adult learning to trust yourself—I’m here to help you uncover the strengths and healing potential already within you.
Outside the therapy room, I recharge by reading, cooking, practicing yoga, and diving into new creative projects. Time in nature, movement, and meditation help me stay grounded—tools I often bring into my work with clients as well. And as I remind my son often, what matters most is finding ways to feel healthy and happy.
