“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become”
- Carl Jung
How often do we praise ourselves for getting things done? Chances are….not pretty often. In my role as a therapist, I work with clients to help them recognize the small wins they achieve on a daily basis. I work to help others shift their perspectives from only focusing on what’s needed to be done to recognizing how much has been done.
You may have a lingering, continuous feeling that you are not good enough. You may be feeling stuck and unmotivated for change and maybe what you are trying just isn’t working. Most of the clients that I work with often describe themselves as feeling overwhelmed with life’s changes and wanting to work on self-development. You may have big goals for yourself and not sure how to make them happen. In my role as your therapist, I can help you achieve these goals by encouraging you to take small, manageable steps. Even the tiniest step is still progress!
I am a firm believer that therapy is both collaborative and organic. I love seeing the progress clients make- it is more meaningful when clients come to the conclusion themselves. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and provide support, guidance, understanding, and clarity.
