How are you? I’m Ariana!

Counselor at The Centered Life, Dog Mom and Avid Crafter

“Changing bigger things starts with changing little things in your life.”

If you want to change the world, it can be very intimidating at first. You may have big goals for yourself, but you may not know how to make them happen. In my role as Counselor, I help you achieve these goals by encouraging you to take small, manageable steps. Even the tiniest step is still progress. A more balanced life leads to a more fulfilling and happier life!

You are not alone. A lot of women who come into our practice face similar issues, wondering if they are good enough, trying to live up to self-imposed and societal standards that are impossible. When we build each other up instead of tearing each other down, we achieve amazing things.

The Centered Life’s focus on balancing mental, emotional and physical health aligns with my own values of a holistic approach to healing. I also appreciate that it is women-owned and a smaller, more intimate practice geared towards helping women and families.

Throughout my life, I’ve found helping people is both joyful and fulfilling. I like listening to others and helping them feel understood. I may be one person, but if I help someone else, that person can do amazing things to support others and have a positive impact on their community.

One of the gifts I bring to The Centered Life is comfort.
Sharing personal issues with a stranger can feel very scary, but I want you to know that I see you and I am here for you. My biggest strength is my calming, empathetic presence, being able to hold space for you without judgement and validate your experiences.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I enjoy knitting and crocheting, music, and I love a great musical.
